“On receipt of my first Hoselink 30m hose reel some 2-3 years ago I had concerns regarding the plastic wall hinging system being too weak and failing in the future. Well I was right, it eventually come ttubbling down crashing and breaking. I advised Hoselink and they replaced it with a new one at a vastly reduced price to me. I find the new one to swing nicely on a very solid metal axle with no sag when swinging in different directions. It is a more streamline looker than the previous and I am expecting a lot longer life from this one.”
