“The new and improved 30m auto-rewind hose reel, is definitely an improvement on what was ostensibly a great product already. I have found that the new lock and rewind system is much easier to use by myself and my wife, especially when the hose is fully extended. In the old model, it was difficult to lock or rewind, as at 30m it was difficult to hear the clicks. Now it is simply a matter of releasing or maintaining tension on the hose, at any distance from the reel. Well done on the improvement, and the obvious continuing R&D into your systems and accessories.”
“After using by he first Hoselink in the backyard for 3 months or so without hesitation got the second one recently for the front lawn. Also replaced all other adaptors to Hoselink. Now whole house with two 30_metres hose reels it is a pleasure to water with no leak or burst. Support team quick response is great. New mounting bracket is simple and easy to install.”
