“We purchased the Hoselink auto rewind hose reel as we had previously purchased an inferior product from a hardware chain. This other product did not have the auto rewind stop wheras the Hoselink product does. I previously had to keep dragging on the inferior product as it keeps trying to rewind all the time.. The Hoselink hose reel is easy to use and fulfills my needs. To add insult to injury, the inferior product has now failed as the connection from the tap to the reel has come off and it isn't repairable.”
