“Recently purchased the 25m high flow and have found it to be one of the best we have. We have a retractable hose reel on every tap now and happy we chose each one but this is even better than our other models. Has a great feel to the lock mechanism, spray is diverse, and the added mechanism to stop water at the nozzle is a small but important advance. probable another major point is the hose possibly locks in position and retracts more smoothly than previous models.I think people should pay the extra money and not get a cheaper version as it only makes for short term success.
