“I was impressed in the way the reel was packaged, the fasteners are included in their own packet inside the mount, the mounting and the instructions on how to mount the reel, often over looked items.Install was a sinch, I used this on a water tank with an external pump. Hose pulls out and retracts smoothly and the metal head vertainly feels and works better than the cheap plastic ones. Best of all the stop valve at the end of the hose makes chamging the attachment so easy, a great idea so you don't have to keep turning the tap off or get wet.”
