“This was a good purchase and overall a much better product than anything in Bunnings however it was pretty frustrating to find that the washers for the mounting bracket were missing from the pack. but a quick trip to Bunnings sorted that. Just wish I'd bought the 30m version instead.”

“Great, but would suggest it comes as part of the item with a padlock so you can secure the hose reel straight away, they cost so much and am worried someone will steal it. The lock I had bought in preparation didn’t fit now have to buy another one.”
