“Unfortunately the & Hi-Flow& feature of this reel did not live up to expectations. I am assuming that it would need a somewhat higher pressure at the tap than we have here in order to attain a & Hi-Flow& Also the inside diameter of the connector for the reel is only 10mm; which is probably standard, but a larger diameter would be required in order to achieve a higher flow, given the pressure at our garden tap.”

“I bought a Hi-Flow 25m Retractable Hose Reel last month and have been using it a couple of times a week since. Delivery was prompt (I'm in Brisbane), installation instructions clear and the installation itself quite easy thanks to a template provided with the instructions for positioning the drill holes for the fixings. The reel unit itself has a solid, quality feel to it. Pulling and retracting the hose is easy and overall the unit performs as expected. Best part is the flow from the larger size hose pipe, which also results in increased pressure at the hose end, saving time watering the garden or washing the car. Would have given 5 stars, but before I can make that call I'd like to see how it performs after another 2-3 years of regular use. Chris”
