“I recently purchased a HiFlow 25m Retractable Hose Reel. I also purchased all of the accessories for the rest of my garden hoses. I have easily fitted them and everything works perfectly. No leaks anymore from the connectors on the existing hoses or from the taps after installing all of the Hoselink fittings. I am completely happy with the quality of Hoselink products and can highly recommend them. In fact I wish I had bought more of the Retractable Hose Reels instead of converting the old fittings onto my existing hoses.”
“On receiving as a gift for my husband at Xmas... we found that product was missing the accessory connection...prompt delivery of that ... than the hose feeder broke upon retracting hose to hose reel.... now waiting upon postage label to return to be fixed....considering this product cost over 200$ I am slightly disappointed that it's not being replaced ... but fixed.... I am appreciative to that it's being fixed free but we used it once and it broke... a replacement would of been more accepteble.... overall I can see this being a great product... once we pass these hiccups... the hose itself is a great hose.... that why I'm giving a good star rating... but product should be replaced ...”
