Got the hose cart just under 2 years ago. Though this is not about the actual cart review, there are minor issues with the cart build quality. The central piece (axle) plastic hub housing disintegrated less than a few months. Though we never bothered going through the process of warranties etc, it still does function. The Crank handle snapped in half over 18 months of usage. I never bothered about it, till I saw my wife using the hose. She was having so much trouble reeling the hose in. So I thought it need to be replace. I was enquiring for the purchasing of the handle, but it's not listed. So I chatted with one of the CS on chat. She looked up my old order and stated she will send me one complimentary instead, even though it was out of warranty. So happy that Hoselink did that, it's pretty generous considering it's already out of warranty period. The only thing, the screw that came with it, it's too short. As the housing thread seem to have worn out few threads. Got to measure it up to find a longer screw that fit. Nevertheless, wife is still able to crank the handle to reel the hose back for now.

Thank you to Hoselink for the free replacement of a crank handle when the reel accidentally rolled on its side and snapped the handle

The hose cart is a great product but be careful of the crank handle which is cast iron and will break if it the cart topples onto a hard surface (eg concrete), even softly. This can happen when the hose is pulled a fair way out at an angle to the reel. I've broken two, one which Hoselink replaced for free and a second which they replaced for a very small price. I now have the reel fixed to a block with softer ground around it if it still manages to fall.
