“the above photo looks wonderful but mine is still in its box, i don't even know if i've had all the pieces. oh yes i've opened the box but....on the 26th july i hurt my right hand in the garden. it became black and blue, swelled up and became very hard to the touch. had x-ray, nothing broken but i've damaged nerves, tendons in hand - doctor bandaged it tight and everyday since i apply my own concoction of oils and rebandage....hand is getting better but still swollen and cannot use it. doing everything with only left hand yet i'm right-handed. even typing with only left hand....at times i pray that an angel will present itself at my front door and put it together for me. I think they are busy elsewhere.”

“After years of frustration buying mass market hoses, hose reels and fittings in late 2020 I purchased 2 hose reels, hoses and fittings. I was very impressed with the quality of the Hoselink products…clearly superior to anything else in the market. Unfortunately with one of the hose reels the winding handle broke off. I simply emailed Hoselink attaching a couple of photos explaining the issue. They sent me a new hose reel within 48 hours. Magnificent service.”
“Hoselink has excellent customer service. I have reported issue on one of the wheels is not rolling. They replaced it with another cart. It was harder to move the hose to the new cart so we tried removing the wheel that doesnt move and placed it back again using new pin and wheel cover from the new cart. It worked. Now we have extra cart, not sure if we can returnAs for the product, we can easily transport the hose on different side of the house without moving the entire hose. I was torn between the cart and the hose box at the beginning but botu would look well.”
