The has made the portability and painful job of raveling up a hose simple, quick and easy. The reel stand does not need to be pegged down as it does not budge from it's position when reeling off the hose. All in all great product by Aussies for Aussies! The customer support was an excellent experience and they helped me navigate the product line and by the way they live in Australia and speak ENGLISH!! The postage was smooth sailing and I received notification with tracking, what more could you ask for.
