Now I'm no longer falling over a hose left lying on the ground and its neat and compact.Thank you for making such a great product. “OMG this hose and reel is AMAZING ..... worth every penny ..... it’s solid but not hard to move around, it winds up like a gem with the little attachment that spreads it evenly (that is genius) and for the first time ever I can water my entire yard with out changing from tap to tap. I wish I had bought this years ago, and not wasted so much time with lesser quality hoses. If I could give it 6 stars I would.”

“I have given this 3 stars because after putting the metal hose reel together, I encountered difficulties. When connecting the universal tap connector to the water system inlet, it leaked water through the thread. I thought it was the rubber seal, which I changed, but it still leaked. In order to fix the leak I put Teflon tape on the inlet thread and instead of the rubber seal that comes with universal tap connector, I have replaced this with a harder plastic pe seal and this seems to have stopped and fixed the leak. I was not expecting to spend the time fixing the leak. I believe that the thread on the steel inlet is not compatible with the universal tap connector. I am interested to know if others have experienced a similar issue.”
“Went together seemingly easy. A number of items I was supposed to put together had already been applied to the hose and reel. Thank you. I have just attached it to the tap and it works like a charm. The hose rolls out very easy and without tipping the frame over. It also winds in very easy and smoothly and without kinks in the hose. Should have bought this product years ago. At the moment, well done Hoselink! Now to check its durability.”
