Metal Hose Reel Cart with 30m Hose Reviews

4.5 Rating 173 Reviews
The top part of the handle, has a faulty spring that fits into the lower half of the handle. I phoned and spoke to a representative who suggested I send a photo of the problem part....How do you send a photo to a 1300 number? I hung up in disgust! A friend will drill a hole into the handle and secure it with a screw, washer to ensure the handle does not collapse.

I got my first Metal Hose Reel Cart with 30m of Hose. I love this hose because it looks and feels thick and durable, and the color is not the standard green. The durability should have continued on the wheels because their plastic should have been rubber. The handheld spray nozzle will take a bit of getting used to because the trigger is where the thumb goes, not the fingers like the previous ones I've used, but it's no big deal; it's just a different way of using it. I Love Hoselink products.

Have used for a while now. Very sturdy, when I pull hose out away it sits upright and not falling off the side way on the concrete surface. I had a fauty one at first, that the side hose lock (made from a piece of plastic) snatched into 2 when I opened up to assemble the tube, After rang the customer service and provided good picture evidence, they very quickly repliede with a satisfying solution. It's the second time shopping with hoselink, always impressed with their customer service and the quality of the products.

Hi Jason, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your cart has started to rust. If you are in a particularly coastal area, the chances of the cart rusting do increase a fair bit. Please feel free to give us a call at 1300 900 617 if you would like to discuss this further. Thanks, The Hoselink Team.

We run a resort and I've been struggling with a standard hose and wobbly trolley for too long. My son recommended hoselink. The hoselink is fabulous and has made my hosing a pleasant experience.

This has been a game changer for me. We live on acreage and the ease with which I can move the hose from one tap to the next has made watering grass and plants so much faster and simpler.. The hose rolls up nice and easy and the cart is surprisingly sturdy and easy to move, and it looks great as well. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be to have a locking mechanism on the winding handle to disable it from moving or turning once the hose was rolled up. It isn’t a fault, but it would ensure it was kept nice and secure. I would strongly recommend this product if you find yourself moving around the yard with a hose, and it looks nice and tidy rather than having hoses lying around everywhere.
