“Possibly I was expecting too much but am disappointed with this product.In order to rewind the hose it is necessary to manually rewind a very user unfriendly plastic Handle.Unless pulled out perfectly straight my hose does kink.There is no trigger spray just a stiff plastic strip to push up or down on the sprayer head which can leak.I do not find this product at all easy to use .I am sorry maybe I just expected too much fromThis product.”
“I am so so pleased with my new Compact hose reel ,as I have a deck and always had this big hose to deal with . Asthetically was not attractive - I find my new hose very easy to use an especially now with the water restrictions I can easily fill my buckets — once again Hose link you have great products and the lady serving me was amazingly helpful — I will reccomend your product , and actually already have done so . thanks again maggie”
