“I fore-saw the need for this item because the hose reel was positioned at the side of the house and would be used at the front of the house. Works very well!”
“Works well, with protection for hose around corners, but screw holes were a little bit hard to mark and the angle not quite right. Maybe a bit squarer and less angle”
“Sticks out from the brick wall too much. My hose is at the front side of house but realised I will not put this eyesore on my bricks. I Will find a way to modify or find an alternative location. Shouldn’t need to be that big to achieve a guide for the hose.”
“The guide worked great when installed (5 stars). Somewhat disappointing was that after just 4 years the rollers started to fall apart due to the plastic in the rollers starting to break down - I expect is was sun damage even though the guide is only in morning sun and is in the shade after midday (1 star). Overall I will still buy a replacement given how well it works.Regards Simon”
