“The product is exactly as it says and is built well but I keep finding that as I try to pull the hose off the hanger inevitably a loop gets stuck on the one of the prongs. It's probably operator error but it think it would be better if it was a semicircle of metal that protruded out rather than two prongs. That way the hose would not be able to get caught My 2c”
