“Very prompt delivery, less than a week to wait. Which today is pretty good. The hose developed a split about 100mm long and approx 2m from the end. I ran Hoselink who promptly told me that a split hose is extremely rare, but they'd happily replace the item ASAP (8 year warranty). Within 2 days, the new hose was at my front door. That I call service. Thanks Hoselink, great response.”
“Very happy with the product, as we have been with the hose reel we bought a few years ago.A suggestion:The hose was ordered with a tap adaptor, and they were packaged and sent seperately. This caused some confusion for us and the Post Office, as we assumed they would be together, and both had the same tracking number. As we live in a rural area, we have to go into town to pick up the mail, so we had to go twice for this order.Perhaps you could package everything in one order together?”
Hi David, thank you for leaving us a review with your feedback. We did used to package all the items with the hose but found that this meant the items inside could sometimes get damaged therefore, we thought packing and sending the goods separately is the best way to go as you still receive all the items in good working order.
