“The product is effective in releasing water into the garden. Our challenge is that our garden areas don't correlate to the length of the 7.5 and 15m hoses. This means we need to allocate more time to changing hose connections and recording how much time each area receives. As well we find that some of our larger trees and shrubs require additional watering beyond use of the hose - the warmer, drier and lengthier summer months have highlighted this shortfall.The longer term issue of product durability is yet to be realised, as this was one of the frustrating things about t he product of your competitors, i.e. the hoses tended to perish or split after only a year or two of use.”
