So the package arrived but someone had accidentally sent us the 18m hose instead of the 30m. With one phone call everything was sorted out and only a matter of days later we had the 30m delivered - we had returned the 18m. The customer service is fantastic and they are so helpful, it is really good old fashioned service. The product itself is exactly as described, my Dad absolutely loves it and has done away with his old hose.
