“We wanted a hose with fittings that worked in all temperatures. A hose that does not get hard as a rock on cold days and tangles and twists all the time. A hose that does not twist and jam over half way up and you have to walk back up to untangle to get the water flowing only to have the end fittings spray everything around you and drowning you into the bargain. Fittings that work very efficiently and are solid, ones that do not slip off on hot days as the hose get all soft. The holder sits well into the garden and works well. This product has achieved this and more and it was not overpriced, was delivered quickly and has great back up service. I am happy.”
