“I purchased two of the items mentioned and unfortunately one split on the side seam which caused a large leak. You're company has since replaced the faulty hose which was to our satisfaction. The second hose working fine at the moment. Otherwise we are happy with the product. .”
“After the flood nothing was the same. It’s taken 9 months to finally hang up a new hose and about to get delivery of second one. I can show this one off to the neighbours. Maybe a free soaker hose for me for my birthday Cmass day. Just asking. My grandkids will love it. Thanks Lynne”

I have just checked on our system and it seems that the soaker hose and starter kits were delivered to the post office and have since been collected.
