“I purchased 2 x 15m soaker hoses for my large bush garden and joined them together. I wanted to connect my hoselink hose to them but couldn't work out how. I had good phone service advising how to connect the soaker to the hose. Unfortunately the processrequires using screw in parts. I purchased the hoselink products specifically for the simple click together fittings. Due to limitations caused by rheumatoid arthritis I cannot connect the soaker. In fact I can't even get the trigger nozzle off. Living alone I am now forced to look for another watering solution because I cannot connect and disconnect the soaker. I suggest you consider your demographic and this connection mechanism”
“The hoses works well on an even slope, but if up an incline the first half of the hose works. My situation has not really benefited. I still need to hand water the plants that are highest up the slope.Cheers Ross”
“I love Hoselink products but the soaker just didn’t suit my purpose. It would greatly benefit from having a metre or so before the first hole as currently water drips out too close to the tap. It also seems to only like being laid out straight which unfortunately doesn’t work well in my garden bed.”
“I think the quality of hose is better than others and it lays down a lot of water with a good spray pattern however pressure fades down the length of the hose. Starts off at approx 1.5-2m spray width per side but by the end it is struggling to make 750cm each side. Not my pressure as have brand new pump, all other sprinklers are operating better than ever and fade occurs even with all other taps off. Disappointing as my intention had been to join the hoses which isn't possible with the fade. Shorter ones may be fine”
