“product is very good except the mounting kits that were provider, each one I used failed as they pulled out from the brick wall. I did watch the how to mount video on Youtube and followed the instructions. I ended up buying new masonry kits from bunnings which were much stronger and it worked. The mounting kit that hoselink provided is not strong enough to take the weight of the 30m hose reel in my experience”
