“I paid for installation. The bracket is wobbly. The hose jammed up within a week of installation. It remains jammed. The solution is currently being negotiated and it is being replaced, but although I paid for installation, the customer service person asked me to uninstall it and post it back. A 30m reel full of water. I regret my purchase”

“Unfortunately my order somehow got misplaced and it took about a month for me to receive the hose. This was the first time I have ever experienced any sort of problem with Hoselink. For this one bad experience I have had plenty of great experiences including recently I ordered a spray wand and it unfortunately leaked at the connection. In contacting Hoselink there was no hesitation in sending me a replacement wand immediately which does not leak. Over the years I have purchased a number of items off Hoselink and have found their products excellent quality.10//10 for Hoselink.”
“I purchase 5m of extra hose to reach my plants. The 30 m hose reel is great but just several metres too short so the extra 5 m did the job. Of course a 10 m extension would be better.”
