“I have purchased many products from yourselves and have a problem with my retractable hose. After much discussion with The customer service representative all she did was to email me an attachment. I followed the attachments instructions and the hose still doesn’t retract, I knew this would happen however the customer service representative just didn’t want to listen to my concerns.”

“Great quality products and easy to install.
We also decided to extend the misting system along the fence line to mist the plants against the fence and it worked perfectly for a misting spray in between a good soaking with a hose.”

“I find the volume of water coming out is poor. Some jets seem blocked. Maybe the -ump pressure is too low although the right up says to run it on low pressure. Not terribly impressed”

“50% of misting heads do not work. Of those that work, the very fine mist is ok for cooling, but not for any adequate watering of my home greenhouse for vegetables.
Extreamly disappointing after many good products purchased over the years.”
