“Excellent, but not 100%. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but I am concerned of the quality, longevity and structural integrity of the spray heads. I have had issues with X3 in the recent past. Water leaks from metal housing and plastic spray head. Just bought X2 new ones - hope they last!”
Hi Stephen, Thanks for your feedback. With the 7-function sprayers, they do require maintenance every year or so and we do provide silicone lubricant with the sprayers for this.If you do encounter any other issues, we do have maintenance kits available online for them.
