“I have two Hoselink hoses which I thought would be perfect for my large front and back garden. I spent over $400 on them as one is 30 metres and the other is 25 metres. They have not been as hassle free as I hoped! The plunger in this spray gun has been seizing up on me for a while and finally stayed in never to plunge again!! Thank you for sending me the new one but I cannot get the faulty one to come out. I have tried several times but it will not budge. I will probably have to get my handyman to do this!”
Hi Judith, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your 7-Function spray gun. To resolve the sticky plunger, you need to unscrew the brass cap off the back, remove the plunger and then apply some lubricant. Once you have completed this, you re-assemble and it should be as good as new. We do have a helpful video to show you exactly what you need to do, just follow this link: https://www.hoselink.com.au/pages/spray-gun-maintenance Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
“It’s ok. It replaced two that broke, it now has a brass screw to hold the spring in, the plastic ones gave up leaving me without fittings when I needed them.Sadly this one jammed, sorted after some effort with silicone spray.”
