“I love this product as it has all the functions in one gun & is very useful. My kids also love watering their plants with it as well. They can squeeze it quite easily without an adult helping.”
“When new the sprayer works very well. After one season the rotating function head developed a leak simply because the screw holding the head on unwinds as a different function is selected on the rotating head. Tightening the screw is only a temporary fix and it needs to be redesigned to ensure thee head can rotate without unwinding the holding screw. The plunger also eventually sticks simply because the rubber rings on the plunger expand. A kit that includes a new plunger, new rubber seal, and some silicone lube is overkill as all that is necessary is a new rubber seal on the plunger, perhaps a 20 cent replacement rather than the $7 or so kit offered. Clearly the plunger size is not going to change so no point replacing it”
Hi Ron, It's disappointing to hear this happened to your spray gun as it's not something we have come across before with the screw undoing as you change the spray settings. We do recommend servicing the trigger of the spray gun with the silicon based lubricant we provide with the original spray gun and recommend doing so every 6-9 months. The O-Rings shouldn't expand so providing you service it as per the following video, that should resolve the trigger issue: https://youtu.be/DaCVsfYH--U We do try to always help our customers out if they are having issues so if you could get in touch, we would love the opportunity to get this problem solved. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Team
“Excellent we have six guns on our property the very first one we purchased many many years ago at a Field Day finally died, the brass nut holding the spring and trigger plunger came undone and was lost along with the spring. Apart from that it was still working fine.”
“Excellent. I have replaced my existing one. Love being able to choose different functions for various plant & trees types. Plus the gun is very efficient.”
