“The spray gun is a great product,you replaced a faulty one free of charge for which I am very grateful.I have dismantled the faulty spray gun several times, followed the video advice but it still leeks.I will persevere until I find the problem.Thanks”
Hi Russell, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear that your spray gun is leaking. Where does it leak from specifically? If it leaks from the trigger section and you have serviced the spray gun following our instructions, have you also made sure the o-rings on the plunger are still in tact? We can send you a repair kit with a new plunger (o-rings on it) and lubricant. “i find this spray gun a terrific product to use but believe it has a design flaw. i have had to replace this item twice now due to the trigger breaking away at the plunger contact. this has happened on icy mornings when there was frozen water in the spray gun. i realise the trigger is not designed to crush ice but this happened to my wife who has very poor strength in her hand and claims she did not pull hard on the trigger when it broke. i'm suggesting there needs to be more material in the trigger design to give it more strength. i hope you find this comment useful. “I had a problem with a Spray gun that happened to have the trigger break whilst using it. I wrote to The Hoselink people and within a very short amount of time I received a brand new spray gun with no hassles whatsoever. I didn't have to argue and go through all the hassles some retailers put you through.
