I contacted hoselink and they never hesitated in sending me out a replacement. The service I received was the best I've ever had. And the new sprayer is fantastic. “Happy with new purchases but when tried to put new spray gun onto hose the screw connector fitting would not come out of the old gun so had to find an old old gun and use the screw fitting from it. So now I am down a screw fitting”

“We bought the spray gun after a number of other brands purchased from the local hardware store failed (they were top brands and not cheap!). The Hoselink one certainly felt substantial, strong and does the job. It was similarly priced. It has so far lasted the end of Summer and Autumn which is more than some of the others. Our only criticism is that we assumed that a quality hose fitting would also be supplied but found we should have ordered that separately. This was not clearly explained on the website. We phoned the company about this and they were suitably apologetic. Overall, we're pleased with our purchase.”
“I absolutely love my premium 7 function spray gun! It is my second purchase of this as i had previously purchased one for the back hose. I haven't found a spray gun with the power for general hosing as the hoselink. It saves me time and effort, is very comfortable to use and the multiple spray choices are awesome. Well worth it as i have had my original one for years and i don't know of any other brand that would last this long, its top quality!”
