“Basically this is a good product, having said this, we have gone through 3 of them in the time we have had our retractable hose unit. The lubricant may help when it starts sticking, which the latest one hasn't yet, but the previous one, when on 'shower' stopped being an even spray and let out heavy flows unevenly around the head.”
