“The 7 function spray gun is great. It’s replacing one I’ve had many years. However, there was no connection with it when it arrived and I found my old connection was an old model that was fused to the old spray gun. I suggest in your catalogue that you have a line suggesting the purchaser of the sprayer may need to purchase a connection too. I rang and purchased the connection which arrived promptly. I have quite a few of your products. Most are very good.”
“I probably ordered the two sprays a little prematurely. When I dismantled the plunger./ spring components on the old triggers there was very little residue or calcium build up. I cleaned and lubricated them as per your guidelines. They aren’t very old at all and the internal workings of both looked as good as new even before I serviced them. I’m no expert, but It seems to me that it’s simply that the spring is not robust enough to return the plunger to the plunger to the ‘off’ position. Everything else about the hose reel is great, the quality and design makes it a pleasure to use, the sprayer trigger has been a little unconvincing from the start and only shuts off very sluggishly. doesn’t shut off has been a disappointment. Ironically, when I received my order for the two sprays, the enclosed brochure had a new style spray gun for sale. The two new sprays I ordered are unused...maybe I could swap them.”
