“The new spray heads were replacements for previous ones we had and after purchasing repair kits I could not fix them so rang to ask if I could send the kits and sprayers to you for fixing but the person I spoke to very generously said it was cheaper for them to be replaced. What a great firm to deal with. I purchased an auger to put on a drill for a gift and the recipient is very pleased with it.”
“So far had minimal use so unable to comment. However, have had terrible experiences with previously purchased items. Primarily retractable hose reels. I had purchased 3 of these some years ago and all have been faulty to differing degrees. Given the price tag, I would've expected better product. 2 longer reels stopped retracting and I used as instructed when I rang and complained. They still failed and 30 metres of hose is laying all over the ground. Just stopped using 20 metre as it was so frustrating trying to get it back in reel. I still use 10 metre but it leaks from within reel. I never took up warranty option as they all failed so quickly and, frankly, didn't want to replace with like.Your hose fittings are exceptional and I will be purchasing more of those in near future to replace current metal fittingsI will recommend this product,, hesitantly, as it is solidly built of metal construction.Respectfully yours,,Shay Manners”
