Hi Nathan, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With this style of spray gun you will need to lubricate the o-rings on the plunger every 6-12months (depending how frequently you use the unit). However, if you do not use silicone lubricant then the problem will remain. We do have many other options of Spray gun available which don't require servicing. If these would be more suitable, please let us know and we can organise something for you. Alternatively, if you would like us to send out some of our Spray Gun Lubricant, we can also do so.
