“Got like all my other Hoselink purchases this sprayer is great. Easy to use and can be used for a multitude of uses. Great delivery service and customer service by Hoselink as usual. Wouldn’t use any other gardening products.”
“Did not work for me at all. First I thought it was defective. The bottle is filling up instead of sucking the liquid out. Too late that I found under FAQ that it requires high water pressure. I guess that's on me. Sent a message to customer service to check what is the required pressure, however, they could not provide the information. We do not have very high water pressure but thought it was good. I sent a video and the customer service thought it was good so I was sent another one just in case the first one was just defective. Unfortunately, the replacement also did not work. Looks like this spray mixer is only for those with very high water pressure supply. Would have been helpful if Hoselink could provide the exact specification of required water pressure. I bought a similar product from another brand that was recently launched and that worked for me. I am very satisfied and it cost half the price. Looking at the reviews now, it seems I am not the only one with this experience. I hope Hoselink could find a way to better improve this particular product.Assuming the problem is with the water pressure, I would not recommend this product unless you have a high water pressure supply.”
“Ok ive got to say while the quality of the product looks good… there was no instructions. Im ASSUMING to use more fertiliser you crank it up to position 10. But weather 1 or 10 the volume of the fertiliser isn’t going down, so guessing its not doing anything but watering….. please advise.”
Hey Elvis, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the mixer. 10 is the highest setting on this mixer. If you try taking the reducer out and use setting 10 with water in the bottle and can't see the water going down, please get in touch and we can try and trouble shoot with you. “I recently purchased a fertiliser spray mixer and connected it filling the bottle with tap water putting the setting on ten to see if the water was used. It didn't so I put the restrictor in still no result. With a bit of research I found you needed 50psi minimum for it to operate. I tested my water pressure at the tap and the hoselink retractible hose and it was 30psi.”
“Very impressed the sprayer worked as well as I hoped. Looks and feels very well made and operates precisely. If I have any criticism of the product the vacuum tube is perhaps 5mm too short and leaves a residue of product in the bottom of the container and the tube should be weighted a little, as when in use the sprayer is an angle forward and a little weight would keep the tube in the fluid and empty the bottle fully. However, I am very pleased with my purchase.”
