The perfect product to ensure that every part of my 81 year old mum's garden receives plenty of water, gently, after what have been some of the hottest days in years..

Not happy with this purchase. Yesterday the head came off and when put back on it doesn’t stay on

Excellent. I live in a retirement village in a home unit. My garden comprises lots of pots. And as I suffer particularly in my hands osteo arthritis. This wand has enabled me to continue watering my pots in a very gentle and lighter weight manner. Ever so pleased

Excellent water flow. The only design fault is, it has a short handle. However, you can make the handle telescopic. There is no advantage of having a short handle. I hope you make the handle to the previous design length.

An overall good hoselink quality product which reaches hanging baskets...but for me the lack of flow control was disappointing. It either gushes out like a big wave amd waters the baskets too quickly that the soil overflows but when reducing the water it then trickles/dribbles out so that you hve to stand almost underneath the plant you are watering, subsequently getting wet. I love the pressure in the normal hoselink hoses so I'll be throwing this one out and trying another long reach arm.

There does not seem to be a happy medium. I love the pressure in the normal hoselink hoses so I'll be throwing this one out and trying another long reach arm.
