“I think this is a first for me, a disappointing Hoselink product. I was expecting a blaster as inferred by the product name instead this one is a cleaning lady. Now there is nothing at all wrong with a cleaning lady, indeed you don't want a blaster in the usual inside habitat of femina scrubberupperus, could be more than a bit damaging if a Blaster was unleashed indoors. Tried this fella out today (1) on the concrete drive - no real change from the grubby grey. (2) on a concrete slab which in the last week had been overflown by something that must have been the size of an emu or perhaps Pro Hart by the capacity of it's innards seemingly indicated by the splashdown left in it's wake. Although some of the random artistry displayed was removed, in no way could you say that a decent stain fading cleanup had been achieved. I read the reviews today before I posted this and I can only say there is one out of the 40 odd I read that accurately describes the blaster IMHO. The reviewer likened it to the jet setting on the Hoselink multi-purpose sprayhead. Aside from ejecting a greater volume I would have to fully agree with that summation. Perhaps, as I headlined, I expected too much. After all it is only pushed by the mains pressure. To be positive, as a general cleaner, I think it'd be quite effective. As always with a Hoselink product, there are no leaks. (note here that from tap head to Blaster the entire length of hose and all connections are Hoselink products). The little lever on the blaster head is very easy to swivel and shuts off the flow completely, as if you were standing at the tap instead of metres away.”
“A very handy device for around the yard use. I use it on concrete paths to clean off chook poo and other stains. Good for hosing down our deck. I have also used it for cleaning bird droppings off our letter box.”
“I have a large aviary with 45 Gouldian finches and as you can imagine they make quite a mess over a week with all the droppings stuck to the floor. I have always struggled with a standard hose fitting to shift these but the new blaster rips through it all quickly in half the time. Very impressed with this product.”
