“My overall experience with the company is 5 stars but the product is probably around a 1 to2 stars This is the 2nd wand I have ordered as they keep splitting around the head. I have only had the unit just under a year and already have had to replace twice. Not very satisfactory considering how much they cost. Lucky, I was still under warranty.”
“Ok but I changed the supplied connector for a swivel . As supplied the standard connector had a tendency to unscrew a little and squirt. There is little price difference between connectors !Lacks a fine deb-re filter at connection point. Nylex product does,”
“Hello Hoselink.I find the on/off mechanism quite awkward especially with wet hands it is tricky to turn with ease. I wish it had the same mechanism as the standard sprayer. Also the Mist setting is much more powerful than the mister on the standard sprayer The extendable nature of the wand seems good..ThanksJane”

“Bought for wife so sweet could water hanging pot plants. The design works well but the rotating on/off mechanism would be better with a push/pull lever. The rotating mechanism is hard to use given the length of unit plus weight and she has arthritis in hands..”
