“Thanks for the opportunity to review this product. I am disappointed with it and maybe it can be re-engineered and improved along the track.Firstly it is too short especially if the user is shorter, or the ground level tapers away as on a sloping block or if you are stepping around shrubs. Secondly the pivoting head angle is too tight. If you are standing a little away from the vertical the fulcrum bumps the spouting lip and the spray is at an angle. In my opinion there needs to be an upside down 'U' at the top of the shaft that is adjustable so you have a reach over the spouting lip and the spray is in the spout.Thirdly with the wand being vertical the spray comes out at right angles to the spout. To get a jet along the spout length you have to hold the wand at an awkward angle. The jet really needs to point along the spout when the shaft is vertical so that the strong jet pushes rubbish along the length of the spout to the downpipe. Hope this is of help.”

“Excellent. I was able to clean a difficult section of my guttering that was blocked and with our recent heavy rain the water was pouring over. I did get quite wet but only because there was a lot of leaf litter and water in the gutter but the Long-reach Gutter Cleaner did the trick and when it rained heavily again the next day I had no problems, the gutter cleaner did the trick. It also looks to be very well made and sturdy. As this was the first Hoselink product I have purchased I did need to also but a tap connector and other fittings and I also ended up ordering a Hoselink hose. I am very happy with the whole set-up and all the connections do not have any leaks.”
“I have not been able to use it. I received the Gutter cleaner quickly but have not been able to use it. I did not realize when I purchased it that I needed to have a specific connector to use it with my existing system - I thought that the 'Universal' system meant that it would fit on any system. I immediately contacted Hoselink and the representative offered to give me the missing part if I paid the postage. I have since contacted the representative twice asking how to proceed - essentially how to pay the postage only for the part. There has been no response. Improvement needed: 1. Clear concise information for new customers - suggesting/expaining the extra part needed to use Hoselink products on the more common systems watering products. 2. Communication - check and respond to emails thus providing workable solutions to customersI had to make a choice below - Yes or No - I selected 'NO' to attract attention and the issue is with the service - not because I think it is poor product - I cannot chose YES because the problem I am having is that I cannot use it and have not trialled it.”
