“My hose nuzzle split only a fraction, but only a mm or 2 and enough to leak water whille in use. I emailed support and a picture of the issue and they replied the next day and immediately dispatched a whole new nozzle. Excellent service and turnaround time. I love my Hoselink products!!!”
“I replaced my hand held sprays (2) with your new model. I find it difficult to use. The old one had a trigger action witch was easy to use but the new one is a flip kind..Very hard to use if you have arthritis in your fingers but they do not leak like the old ones But love the hose.”
