“I just purchased a hoselink hose reel and sprayer. Unfortunately the sprayer didn't work from new. When I phoned to see what they could do, the problem was quickly rectified. By checking the order referenced by my phone number the operator saw I had purchased a sprayer recently and arranged for a replacement to be sent with only a few questions regarding the problem. My new sprayer arrived and worked perfectly. Also great having an English speaker attending the call.”
“Had problems with the Hoselink trigger spray leaking due to the water high mineral content buildup inside the sprayer, affecting/damaging those tiny rubber O-rings. Soaking in white vinegar or CLR worked but I got fed up with having to service that mechanism. At the suggestion of the Hoselink technicians after speaking with a Customer Service Representative I got a different style sprayer with a thumb-operated switch. It works but the ‘Centre’ spray pattern isn’t as good as the trigger spray. A small price to pay to guarantee no leaks from the sprayer. The feral cats don’t like the ‘Jet’ stream which is fantastic. Keeps ‘em from ‘marking’ the front door, cars or the garden at front of my bedroom. I’m told I’m not allowed to use Pb as a deterrent, although that would be a permanent fix for my problems.”
“I feel they are very expensive for the quality, they just do not outlast the ones I have from the hardware that are much cheaper, I continue to buy them as I have Hoselink system set up in the back yard and I need to buy the sprayer for it”
