“I ordered a metal hose spray nozzle it was delivered OK but leaked out of most parts except the actual nozzle. This has been replaced by a plastic spray nozzle which is no better.This is the second time this has happened.I have been to Bunnings and made up a nozzle to fit the end of the hose.”

“This model is adequate. But I preferred the older trigger handle model. It was able to be repaired replacing the spring and washer when worn. But what is the point of changing from something that works to something that is not able to be user repaired in the future. I will test this newer model over the next year in Hot summer conditions and the freezing winter months in Canberra and see how it holds up to those environmental conditions. bring back choice of either the old models or the newer models.”

“Morning, I am soory to give such a low number on the new product..I found the old way was much better,you let the trigger go and instant stop, this one is to slow and fiddely.... Please bring back the old way of instant stop, so much easier especially for older people and there are still lots of us around..Thank you Doreen :-) :-)”

We do still offer trigger sprayers, just not at the moment as we are ensuring we fix the issue, so customers do not receive leaking spray guns. “This is the second replacement for this part. It looks sturdier but we will see if through winter it starts to leak again. The last 2 have split from cold weather. I have been told they have made it stronger to stop this. Overall the system is fantastic so hopefully this is the fix needed.”

“After having 3 of the previous old model spray nozzles fail, Hoselink replaced them under warranty which was great, early days with these new spray nozzles and they are working perfectly fingers crossed”
“Very happy. I have changed over from three "pistol grip triggers" to these and they all don’t leak and are easy to operate as you don’t have to keep the trigger compressed. The only thing I miss from the trigger model was the “centre” setting had a wider concentration of spray than the jet setting and was handy in some clean down situations. I also wonder how these wear and if we will have replacement parts to bring them back to the non drip experience I am currently enjoying?”

We have had a number of customers ask about adjusting the center function to be more like the old version, so it is definitely something we are looking into!
