“i am so very pleased with the service received when I called to discuss a 7 function spray gun that had broken on the inside, rendering it unusable. The lady who took my call immediately looked up past purchases from just my mobile phone number and, without any argument, told me that the nozzle was under warranty and a replacement would be sent immediately. Wow!!!!! I am becoming so accustomed to poor service post-Covid that I was gobsmacked. Thank you! Highly recommend your business on service alone!”

“The experience is mostly good, this updated sprayer does not have a useful centre spray. It sprays too wide with a large gap in the centre of the spray. The old hand sprayer had an excellent centre spray, which was much more useful. Old hand spray was all metal new one is mostly plastic. Will wait and see about long term sun exposure.”

We found the older model did need some servicing done every so often and therefore, decided to try something new.
