“Great product. Ergonomically is comfortable and variety of sprays is great too. I have gone through a couple of these already though…one where the rubber on the turning dial came off, and the dials itself is too stiff to turn…and another where the plastic neck (under the rubber) to the sprinkler head snapped…hence my recent purchase to replace. I don't think we're too hard on them, but am being more cautios going forward. Thanks.”
“This was actually a replacement for one that had broken. I was absolutely blown away at the speed and ease of replacing the broken control. Hoselink are absolutely true to their word when it comes to honouring the warranty. My email was responded to within 24 hours and the replacement part posted and received within a few days no questions asked. Well done Hoselink your service is outstanding!!!!”
“We have had 3 of these nozzles and 2 have leaked due to seals breaking. The leak saturates you as you hose, so we have stopped using them. We are faced with either buying another nozzle from Hoselink ( as it's the only nozzle that fits their hose reeks (we have 2 of your hose reels), or abandon Hoselink and find another similar watering system. I give it 2 stars because the one remaining nozzle is still working.”

“I’ve bought many of these, The front rubber facia ring falls off really easily. This really needs to be more secure. Outside of this it works as you would expect. I did receive a faulty one once. It was replaced.”

We made some major improvements and addressed a few of the issues so no further faults of the like moving forward with this spray guns hopefully!
