“This is a good product when new but doesn't last as long. We've got two and the thumb controller has broken on both. Unfortunately, you can't order replacements so have to buy a whole new gun. I recommend getting the metal trigger type instead we also have one of those and it's still working perfectly.By way of clarification, the low score is for this one product only. Hoselink products in general are awesome (we had one at our last place and have 3 at our current house and recommend them highly. Also their staff are really helpful and responsive.”
“I have a suggestion with regarding improving your hose reels. I have three in my yard and I have stuffed an old pillow case in the slot where the hose hangs out in each of them just in case any frogs crawl in and are killed or hurt when I reel the hose out to use it. My suggestion would be to place brushes along the opening to keep them out which would be firm enough for the grogs not to be able to go in and flexible enough that the hose can manoeuvre back and forth when in use.
