“Customer Services was excellent, from when you received my email asking how to order a replacement for a broken Wobble Sprinkler head. The reply was prompt and the offer of warranty replacement, was beyond my expectations.I told all my friends of the value of paying a bit extra for original product but follow up customer service was excellent.Delivery via Aust Post was as described and on time.Now, to my disappointment, the product sent was broken. It was packed in your warehouse that way.Funny first Customer Service person, said that it is very rare for them to break. So to receive a broken one seems to tell me, a fib may have been told.Lucky me the parts broken were different between the heads and I was able to get mine working again, by using parts from both.I assume you had a broken one returned and your Warehouse, mixed it with new products.Quality Assurance is the total product chain.Please review and fix this issue as all previous interactions with your products & company have been great.”
