“Hi,I purchased a 9-Pattern sprinkler sometime ago and the soaker mode was not working. I did notice that it was mentioned that if the water pressure was not enough this could happen. . I called your customer service number and was asking if I could fix the problem by doing anything . The lady who answered my call thought that the sprinkler could be defective and sent me a replacement with no cost which I was very appreciative of. But the second one also have the same problem.I am wondering if I send both the sprinklers back to you and pay the difference in price you and pay the difference of the price of the oscillating sprinkler if you could replace it for. Out of all the Hoselink products I have purchased this is the only one that didn’t work for me. I definitely love your products and promote it to my friends as well. and they love it too.”
“I use this sprinkler for odd garden shapes that are not suitable for the large sprinkler. With so many selections for the coverage area it is indispensable in the garden. A very robust design, I have several of these now. The only thing I would like to suggest is avoiding the use of plastic in the packaging, maybe some of the new cardboard packaging products.
