“This sprinkler enables me to water, very specific shaped areas of the lawn due to its different spraying shapes thus saving on water. It is primarily made of metal which means it is quite sturdy and will last a long time.”
“I haven't used it yet. When I had a neighbour try and set it up for me, he said I needed another connection. Could you let me know what connection I need. The hose I am using is not a hoselink hose. I can't really recommend it yet, but I will tick yes, and hope I get it working. Thank you. Carol Cranes”
Hi Carol,There are two options for you to use a Hoselink accessory if you have no other Hoselink fittings already.Firstly, you can either purchase a Hose Connector or Hose Connector with Flow Control to join into the Accessory Connector (we send the Accessory Connector with most of our accessories). This is the best option most of the time if you want a leak free, burst free connection and you are okay to leave our fitting on the end of the hose. However, if you are wanting to just keep your click-on fittings on your hose and convert this Hoselink accessory to a click on, you will need to obtain a click-on male piece (see photo) to screw into the accessory. This is a fitting with a click-on nipple on one side and a male thread on the other. This will screw into the accessory and convert it to a click-on so you can use it with your normal click-on fittings. We don't sell this piece as we don't sell click-on fittings but you may find you have one of these at home in your other non-Hoselink accessories or they can be purchased from a hardware store.I hope this helps and please let me know if you need further clarification.Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
