“I thought your service was excellent and the sprinkler turned out to be sturdy and well made. Being perhaps a little dumb, I found it difficult to distinguish which sprinkle pattern applied to which of the 9 settings. I didn't receive any detailed instruction with the sprinkler although other products had simple detailed instructions supplied. Finished up I had to waste water by relying on trial and error to work out what each setting meant and I thought this was a pity with such a good product in every other way. I even mentioned this in a telephone conversation with your sales team when I requested a simple diagram be emailed to me but they were unable to assist. Just one small sheet of paper with diagrams of each water pattern and the equivalent setting marking would have made things so much simpler for me. I could not work out what the markings on top of the sprinkler meant and other people probably find a similar difficulty.”
