“I bought it last year and it stopped oscillating and I emailed hoselink and I was given advice on what to do to solve and when it did not solve the issue within days a new one was sent to me. Such superb customer service. I felt that hoselink trusted me and did not argue or blame me on why it did work. I appreciate the respect in that. I love hose link, love every product and I tell all my friends! I would love to see a container or roll up for the soaker hose as it is hard to keep untangled!Thank you ☺️”
“We were given my father's old oscillating sprinkler when we purchased his house. Although it was over 10 years old it was still great until it met its demise from 2 rotty puppies. We purchased another and glad to say it is as good as the original just a different colour. Let's hope we get 10 years out of this one!”
“These sprinklers feel really good. However we have had a couple that eventually stop moving backwards and forwards. We did receive one that was faulty with the same issue brand new. It was replaced. I just wish they lasted longer. You probably could make a much cheaper one work with the hoselink system.”

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your Oscillating sprinklers.Generally, we find this is a lubrication issue with the sprinkler. If you pop some lubricant on the black tabs around the top and even underneath the sprinkler. The move the tabs back and fourth and work the lubrication through the system, it should fix it up for you. Of course, we would definitely not expect this on a brand new unit therefore, glad to hear this was replaced for you but definitely good to know for future. Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
